Spend an afternoon slowing down, getting creative, and creating one-of-a-kind ceramic earrings. In this workshop, students will design, shape, and hand-paint their own earrings using a porcelain imitation and ceramic underglazes, transforming simple materials into wearable works of art.
The workshop will begin with an introduction to the materials, tools, and techniques used to create lightweight ceramic jewelry before moving into creating. Sample shapes and designs will be available for inspiration, but there is space and guidance to explore your own ideas. Whether you're drawn to playful florals, bold statement pieces, minimalist forms, or something entirely your own, you'll have the freedom to create earrings that reflect your personal style.
All experience levels are welcome! This is an opportunity to play and experience the quiet joy of making something with your own hands. Bring your favorite beverage to sip while you make, come with a friend, or make it a girls' night out! This workshop is designed to be a relaxed, welcoming space to connect, create, and have fun.
All materials are included, and each student will create two pairs of earrings. After the workshop, earrings will be clear glazed, fired, and assembled with your choice of nickel-free silver or 14K gold-filled findings before they are ready for pickup.
